Designed to maximise natural light and create a modern open-plan living environment, the project delivers a tailored architectural solution for a semi-detached residential property.

Key Architectural & Design Features

* Single-Storey Rear & Side Extension: Wrap-around extension to the existing footprint to significantly increase ground-floor living space, seamless connect the indoor spaces with the rear garden.

* Internal Reconfiguration: Re-architected ground-floor layout to optimise flow, creating a modern open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area, complete with dedicated utility space and accessible ground-floor WC facilities.
