Initial consultations and design discussions can be carried out online, providing a convenient way to discuss your project without the need to travel.
Online meetings allow us to:

We can share drawings and design information during meetings, allowing you to review proposals with us and provide feedback in real time.

Site Visits
Understand the property. Develop the right design.
Where required, we arrange site visits to properly understand the existing property and its surroundings.
A site visit allows us to consider aspects of the property that cannot always be fully understood remotely, including:

Relationship with neighbouring properties
Site access and surrounding context
Garden and external spaces
Levels and changes in ground conditions
Natural light and orientation
Existing extensions and alterations
Roof form and external features
Potential planning constraints
Opportunities and limitations affecting the proposed design
For many projects, a measured survey will also be required. This can be undertaken by our surveyor.
